Shipping policy

We know that receiving your package on time is important, so we've created a simple and easy-to-understand shipping policy. Our delivery options are designed to give you the flexibility and convenience to choose the option that suits you best. Here's what you need to know:

Working days: Our team works Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), and if you place your order before 3 pm on a working day, we'll dispatch it on the same day.

Free Delivery Promotions: We're currently offering one fantastic promotion for our customers. Spend £10 or more, and you'll qualify for free express delivery (2-3 working days). Please note that these promotions are available for delivery to the United Kingdom only. You can then upgrade to next-day delivery for £2, or just £1 if you spend £25 or more.

Delivery Charges: If you're ordering a large or bulky item, there may be an additional delivery charge. You'll be able to see this charge on the product detail page before you make your purchase.

Small & Free: Some smaller items always qualify for free delivery, and we'll clearly display this information on the product detail page.

Courier Services: We use Royal Mail for all items under 60 cm in length. For express delivery, we offer Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 (both 2 working days). For items over 60 cm in length, we use EVRI 2-DAY DROP (1-2 working days). Please note that during any strike action, we may use alternative couriers.

Next-Day Delivery: If you paid for next-day delivery, and your item(s) arrived late - we'll refund the postage costs. (This applies to the first attempt to deliver. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if no one was home to accept delivery, and there was no safe place to leave the parcel.)

Delivery Times: Our couriers deliver Monday-Saturday (8 am-10 pm), and we offer two delivery options for our customers. If you choose our express delivery option, your package will arrive within 1-3 working days, and if you choose our next-day delivery option, your package will arrive within 1 working day. Please note that items over 60 cm in length are not eligible for next-day delivery. Please keep in mind that while we do our best to meet these delivery times, they are an aim and not guaranteed.
