Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase, so you can shop with confidence knowing that we've got you covered.

If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, simply reply to your order confirmation email with details and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange replacement items free of charge.

To initiate a return, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

We'll accept returns for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are only refunded where all items in the order are received damaged or faulty.

Here are a few exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Gift cards and credit vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We aim to process all refunds within two working days of receiving the items, although it can take up to 10 working days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Finally, if you're shipping merchandise into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
